Please review our policies below to ensure that there are no surprises during your purchasing experience with us.
Handling and Shipping
We ship our Fibre Tapestry protected with a plastic cover and enclosed in a Carton-Tube. We ship via U.S. Mail, Canada Post or UPS. Please do NOT accept shipped Carton-tube which appears to be damaged. Ask to return damaged Carton-Tube to us (unopened). Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Return and replacement policy
Returned damaged Carton-Tube will be checked to ensure its content is in good condition, and it is only then, that the Fibre Tapestry will be re-shipped back to the customer free of charge.
Refunds
Returned damaged Carton-Tube which may contain damaged Fibre Tapestry due to shipping, a full refund will be granted to our customer within 7 days upon return.
Sales
Please note that Fibre Tapestries are fine works of art. Choose your purchases with care. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Currency and Payment Policy
We sell our Fibre Tapestries in U.S. Dollars for our U.S. and overseas customers. Canadian customers please pay in Canadian Dollars. Customer choices of payments are PayPal, Money Order or Cheque.
Confirmation
Before ordering a Tapestry, please confirm that the tapestry you are interested in is still available by send an email to constani@telus.net.
